The brief
Virgin Active and Kauai needed a bigger, more open food and beverage stand for HYROX Johannesburg, building on the stand BLS delivered at HYROX Cape Town. The photos below are from the Kauai stand at HYROX Cape Town in August 2026.
The numbers
What we did
One team, from first concept to final pack-down.
Stand design and build
A 15 × 15 m footprint with 50 m of counter frontage and a branded entrance arch.
F&B activation
Coffee cart, protein froyo, juice and grab-and-go, plus the Kauai Mobile food truck.
Operations
POS and staffing, with around 18–20 more staff than Cape Town.
